shipping policy
For all orders placed, allow a processing time of 3 business days. USPS deliveries take 3-4 business days after shipment. Weekends and Holidays are not included in the above mention time for processing orders. Troy'Ve Cosmetics offers a flate rate shipping at $7.00 & from time to time offers FREE shipping anywhere in the U.S.
Due to COVID-19 please be patient as there may be delays to order deliveries. We are ensuring that all packages are sent out in a timely manner.
return & exchange policy
Satisfactory with our Troy'Ve Beauties is our aim and our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product (s), you may return all items in it's origional package to Troy'Ve Cosmetics for a consideration of return/exchange on the item.
Unfortunately, we do not refund the original shipping cost, if considered only cost of the item. Neither do we cover the cost of shipping on refund items.
Used products will NOT be fully refunded. If the returned product(s) appear to be used and or damaged, you will be offered a partial refund of 30%.
If damage products are received due to shipping and handling, or incorrect product received please contact Troy've Cosmetics immediately. We will cover the shipping cost and mail out the new product(s).
COVID-19
Due to Covid-19, Troy'Ve Cosmetics will not be accepting returns and or exchanges at this time. We are taking the proper precautions for your safety and ours.
